5. SELECTION AND COMPLIANCE PROCESS

6. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARY)

- Develop national and international communication strategies
- Manage media relations, crisis communication, and branding
- Oversee marketing campaigns and stakeholder engagement
- Manage a large budget (approx. R50 million)
🔹 Director: Infrastructure Management
- Lead ICT infrastructure strategy and operations
- Manage servers, networks, cloud systems, and ICT security
- Ensure system reliability, disaster recovery, and service delivery
🔹 Deputy Director (SIP and FILM)
- Manage incentive programmes and applications
- Oversee claims processing and compliance
