Key Outputs and Responsibilities
- Preparation of samples for analysis
- Performing in-process analyses during the production process
- Operating all laboratory equipment
- Recording, evaluating, and reporting results in a timely manner
- Applying troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis to support problem-solving
- Maintaining, cleaning, and calibrating laboratory equipment according to schedules
- Conducting laboratory technical and site GMP audits
- Improving 5S through effective housekeeping and safety standards
- Analyzing inter-laboratory ring test samples
- Ensuring timely closure of non-conformances
- Understanding process control within a brewing or process environment
Key Attributes and Competencies

- Good understanding of VPO principles

Profile
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3–6 months of on-the-job training
Experience:
- 1–2 years’ experience in Laboratory, Brewing, or Packaging operations
- Experience within the food industry or a laboratory environment
