1. Store Keeper (2 Positions)

SBC Tanzania Limited is seeking qualified candidates to fill two Store Keeper vacancies at its Mbeya Plant. The successful candidates will support the company’s warehouse and stores operations through effective stock management and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly stock and inventory positions, ensuring that materials are properly reconciled.
- Monitor inventory tracking and control materials dispatched to operations.
- Physically verify materials received and issued, identifying acceptable and non-acceptable materials.
- Prepare timely reports and summaries of material movements.
Purpose of the Position: To streamline operations in the Yard and Stores department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Materials Management or a related field.
- CPSP qualification will be an added advantage.
Work Experience
Applicants must have at least two (2) years of experience in a related field.

SBC Tanzania Limited is also recruiting one Store Clerk to support daily Yard and Store activities at its Mbeya Plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly stock positions and prepare reports on time.
- Receive quantities from production for dispatch and supervise the loading of full products according to load-out forms.
- Offload empty containers, allocate trucks to loading bays and verify empties against the Empties Declaration Report.
- Prepare stock transfer notes, delivery notes and gate passes.
- Issue signed fulls declaration load-in reports.
Purpose of the Position: To perform Yard and Store activities efficiently and ensure proper handling and documentation of stock movements.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- A Diploma in Procurement, Materials Management or a related field.
Work Experience
At least two (2) years of working experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities
Team Planning and Coaching
- Plan daily activities and conduct MDR and CR briefings.
- Conduct route rides to supervise, guide and coach Customer Representatives (CRs).
Sales and Volume Targets
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly volume targets within the assigned area.
- Support sales teams in growing business volumes and improving market performance.
Customer Service and Business Growth
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure Retailer Cards are properly signed.
- Identify suitable locations for new coolers and push carts.
Reports and Operational Control
- Sign DSS documents for Finance.
- Review next-day load-out proposals.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Purpose of the Position: To support MDRs and CRs in growing sales volumes while delivering cost-efficient customer service across every route in the assigned territory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Work Experience
Applicants must have at least three (3) years of experience in similar responsibilities.
Performance Expectations
Successful candidates will be expected to deliver the following:
