1. Office Secretary II – 5 Posts
The Office Secretary II will provide administrative and secretarial support, including document preparation, records management, reception of visitors and coordination of office activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Typing letters, reports and ordinary or confidential documents.
- Receiving visitors, understanding their needs and directing them to the appropriate offices.

2. Driver II – 5 Posts
The Driver II position involves providing official transportation services, maintaining assigned vehicles and ensuring that journeys and vehicle-related records are properly managed.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicants will:
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Transport employees to various locations on official duties.
- Carry out minor vehicle repairs.
- Collect and distribute various documents.
- Record and maintain journey details in the vehicle logbook.
- Clean the assigned vehicle.
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications

- A Form IV Certificate.
- A Class E or Class C driving licence.
- At least one year of driving experience using the relevant licence without causing an accident.
