Direct Sales Agents will be responsible for promoting the Bank’s products and services, attracting new customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. Work locations and available positions:
- Mbeya – 30 positions
- Iringa – 10 positions
- Arusha – 10 positions
Responsibilities include:
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new customers.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily sales performance reports.
Qualifications required:
- Minimum of Form IV Secondary Education Examination Certificate.
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
