Lecturer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct research, publication, and consultancy activities.
- Conduct lectures and seminars.
- Mark tests, assignments, and examinations and submit results on time.
- Guide junior staff on academic and professional matters.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Applicants for the Lecturer position must:
- Hold a PhD in the relevant field.
- Hold a Master’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum GPA of 4.0.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Obtain their qualifications from a recognised institution.
Assistant Lecturer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct research, publication, and consultancy activities.
- Conduct lectures under the guidance of senior academic staff.
- Conduct tutorial seminars.
- Prepare teaching aids and materials, including models and case studies.
- Organise and participate in departmental, college, and public seminars.
- Guide and supervise student projects and research activities.
- Report to the Head of the respective department or unit.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting officer.
Qualifications
Applicants for the Assistant Lecturer position must:
- Hold a Master’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum GPA of 4.0.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Obtain their qualifications from a recognised institution.
