Job Purpose
The Graduate Trainee Operations Programme is designed to equip engineering graduates with practical experience in plant operations, engineering support, data analysis, and continuous process improvement within the LPG industry.
Successful candidates will work alongside experienced engineers while contributing to operational efficiency, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
The selected graduate trainee will be responsible for:
- Supporting daily plant and terminal operations.
- Assisting engineering teams with equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Monitoring operational systems and ensuring efficient plant performance.
- Following company safety procedures, operational standards, and environmental regulations.
- Participating in engineering projects and operational improvement initiatives.
- Collecting and analyzing operational data using Microsoft Excel and related tools.
- Preparing technical reports, operational records, and documentation.

Minimum Requirements
