1. Alternative Delivery Channel Officer

Reports To

Head – Alternate Channel and Digital Transformation

Job Purpose

The Alternative Delivery Channel Officer will support the Assistant Manager in growing the bank’s Merchant Acquiring business through POS channels and other digital banking solutions. The successful candidate will identify potential merchants, manage merchant relationships, and support digital banking growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition and Portfolio Management

  • Identify and create new sales and revenue opportunities.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop partnerships and campaigns with merchants.
  • Prepare business proposals and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate agreements with new and existing merchants.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage merchant inquiries and customer support.
  • Organize marketing campaigns to promote merchant services.
  • Cross-sell digital and traditional banking products.
  • Manage active and inactive merchant portfolios.
  • Ensure proper allocation and recovery of POS devices.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments to deliver quality customer service.
  • Act as the customer advocate across business units.

Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
  • Produce New-to-Bank (NTB) analytical reports.
  • Conduct competitor analysis on products and pricing.
  • Maintain updated merchant databases and POS verification records.

Qualifications

2. Relationship Manager

Department

Reports To

Senior Manager – Commercial Banking

Job Purpose

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for growing the Commercial Banking portfolio through acquisition of new corporate customers while managing existing relationships and maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Acquire new commercial clients.
  • Expand the bank’s commercial banking portfolio.
  • Develop strong long-term customer relationships.

Revenue Growth

Drive growth through:

  • Commercial lending
  • Trade finance
  • Deposit mobilization
  • Cash management solutions

Customer Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular customer visits.
  • Build long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
  • Deliver customized financial solutions.

Portfolio Management

  • Monitor portfolio quality.
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Know Your Customer (KYC)
    • Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
    • Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF)
  • Minimize non-performing loans.

Qualifications

Job Purpose

The Relationship Officer will support corporate relationship management through portfolio administration, compliance monitoring, customer service, and credit documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess financial statements and repayment capacity for corporate clients.
  • Prepare new credit applications, renewals and amendments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and facility information.
  • Monitor compliance with approved facility conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and maintain security documentation.
  • Support Relationship Managers with portfolio administration.
  • Prepare reports, compliance trackers and customer records.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Risk, Trade Finance, Compliance and Operations teams.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Experience
