Key Responsibilities
The Digital Transformation Manager will support digital innovation initiatives and drive technology-based solutions within BRAC’s operations.
The role involves:
- Supporting digital transformation strategies and implementation.
- Managing digital finance and technology-driven projects.
- Supporting product development initiatives.
- Working with financial inclusion programs and digital platforms.
- Coordinating projects involving technology solutions and payment platforms.
- Collaborating with Mobile Network Operators, fintech companies, financial institutions, and regulators.
- Supporting innovation and adoption of digital solutions.
- Managing project activities to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Economics
- Statistics
- Information Technology
- Management Information Systems
- Project Planning and Management
- Sales and Marketing
- Professional certification will be an added advantage.
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in financial inclusion, digital finance, product development, technology for development, or payment platforms.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience working with Mobile Network Operators, fintech companies, financial institutions, or regulators will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with financial institutions is preferred.
