Key Responsibilities
As a Hub Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations while driving business growth within your assigned hub. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Driving customer acquisition and sales performance.
- Monitoring operational efficiency within the assigned hub.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating field teams.
- Monitoring team performance and preparing operational reports.
- Implementing company strategies to increase market penetration.
- Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock control.
- Building strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders.

Qualifications
