The successful candidates will join the company’s portfolio of luxury tented camps located in Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, delivering world-class safari experiences to international guests.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Safely driving guests in 4×4 safari vehicles during game drives and transfers within Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and other Tanzanian national parks.
- Providing expert interpretation of wildlife, ecology, conservation, and local culture to enhance guests’ safari experiences.
- Maintaining safari vehicles to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Ensuring guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout all safari activities.
- Working closely with Camp Managers, guides, and lodge teams to deliver seamless luxury hospitality services.
- Complying with all regulations issued by the Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB), Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA), Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA), and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA).
- Assisting guests with luggage handling, safari briefings, and emergency procedures when required.
- Reporting wildlife sightings, road conditions, vehicle defects, and maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Tour Guiding, Wildlife Management, or a related field from a recognised institution such as:
- College of African Wildlife Management (Mweka)
- VETA
- National College of Tourism
- A minimum of 10 years’ proven experience as a Driver Guide in Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and other major Tanzanian national parks, including Ruaha, Katavi, Tarangire, and Nyerere (Selous).
- A valid Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB) Driver-Guide Licence.
- A valid Tanzanian Class C or Class E Driving Licence.
- Extensive experience in off-road and defensive driving within protected wildlife areas.
- Excellent knowledge of Tanzanian wildlife, bird species, ecology, and park regulations.
- A strong record of delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Fluency in both English and Kiswahili.
- Knowledge of additional European languages will be an added advantage.
- A valid First Aid Certificate and knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures.
- A clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended safari schedules.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
