About the Role

The Assistant Operations Manager will support the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operational activities across different business functions. The role involves improving operational efficiency, supporting customer satisfaction initiatives, and ensuring effective coordination between departments.

The successful candidate will work closely with Customer Care, Engineering, Supply Chain, and PayGo Reporting teams to achieve company objectives and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting daily operational management activities across multiple departments.
  • Monitoring operational performance and preparing accurate reports for management review.
  • Coordinating collaboration between Customer Care, Engineering, Supply Chain, and regional teams.
  • Ensuring effective inventory management, stock availability, and engineering support.
  • Supervising customer care operations to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance and service delivery.
  • Assisting in implementing strategies that improve business efficiency and operational outcomes.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of management experience in Sales, Business Development, or Operations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and support high-performing teams.
