Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing daily office administration activities, including correspondence, documentation, filing, and general office coordination.
- Coordinating office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support smooth office operations.
- Organising meetings, preparing minutes, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to management.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and company documents while ensuring confidentiality of information.
- Coordinating office services, including maintenance, cleanliness, security, and other service providers.
- Supporting HR and other departments with administrative duties while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Transport Officer – 1 Post
Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in fleet management.
- Experience supervising drivers.
- Experience coordinating vehicle maintenance activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
The appointed candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating daily transportation activities, including vehicle allocation, scheduling, and monitoring vehicle movements.
- Managing company fleet records, including vehicle registration, insurance, licenses, and maintenance schedules.
- Monitoring fuel consumption and transport expenses while preparing reports to support cost control.
- Coordinating drivers’ activities, ensuring compliance with transport policies, and monitoring driver performance.
- Following up on vehicle servicing and repairs to ensure company vehicles remain safe and operational.
- Preparing transport reports and providing recommendations to improve fleet efficiency and utilisation.
Store Officer – 1 Post
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Materials Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in store or inventory management.
- Experience using inventory management systems.
- Experience conducting stock audits.
Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving, inspecting, recording, and storing materials, equipment, and supplies according to approved procedures.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock cards, goods received notes, and goods issue notes.
- Issuing materials and equipment based on approved requests while ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, and reporting shortages, damages, or obsolete items.
- Ensuring proper arrangement, security, and safe storage of all materials within the store.
- Preparing inventory reports and supporting procurement processes, audits, and stock reconciliation activities.
