1. Executive Personal Assistant: Office of the DDG (2 Posts)

Salary: R413,001 per annum

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative, secretarial, or personal assistant environment.
- Knowledge of office administration, information management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), and Public Service legislation.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong communication, report writing, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Deputy Director-General (DDG).
- Managing correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements.
- Preparing meeting documents and providing secretariat support.
- Maintaining filing systems, records, and office communication.
- Processing travel claims and monitoring office budget expenditure.

2. Assistant Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Salary: R280,278 per annum
Centre: Pretoria
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Social Sciences, Developmental Studies, Population Studies, Public Administration, or a related qualification.
- Experience in data collection, data processing, and information management.
- Computer literacy.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting oversight visits and collecting monitoring and evaluation data.
- Capturing and verifying information using Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems.
- Maintaining source documents and filing systems.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Providing administrative and logistical support to the Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate.
3. Accounting Clerk

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or an equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of financial administration systems, including BAS, LOGIS, and PERSAL.
- Computer literacy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Processing invoices and financial transactions.

4. Supply Chain Management Clerk

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or an equivalent qualification.
- No previous work experience is required.
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Public Service legislation.
- Computer literacy.
- Good planning, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing acquisition and procurement support services.
- Maintaining the supplier database and LOGIS records.
- Processing quotations, purchase orders, and bid documentation.
- Receiving and issuing goods.
- Maintaining asset registers and assisting with stocktaking exercises.
