- Finance & Supply Chain Manager
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the organization’s finance and supply chain functions.
- Overseeing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial reports.
- Managing logistics and inventory to support project implementation.
- Ensuring compliance with Tanzanian statutory, tax, and financial regulations.
- Strengthening internal controls and financial management systems.
- Providing leadership and support to finance and supply chain teams.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA qualification is mandatory.
- PSPTB registration is required.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA and CIPS will be an added advantage.
Experience
Candidates should have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance and supply chain management.
- Experience working in the NGO, forestry, or agriculture sector is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, budgeting, logistics, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of Tanzanian statutory and tax compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
