1. Security Administrator (1 Position)

Reports To: Security Manager
Duty Station: Nyanzaga Site, Sengerema District, Mwanza

Purpose of the Position

The successful candidate will coordinate the administrative, reporting, and information management functions of the Security Department while ensuring efficient and professional security operations across the mine site.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with company safety, health, environmental, and community policies.
Promote a proactive safety culture across security operations.
Coordinate the activities of security contractors and ensure compliance with company policies.
Supervise, monitor, and motivate departmental staff.
Coordinate departmental schedules, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain departmental records, filing systems, and document archives.
Administer site access requests, access control procedures, and security badging systems.
Assist in emergency response activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the Security Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

The Local Content Compliance Manager will lead the company’s compliance with the Mining Act and Mining (Local Content) Regulations while coordinating regulatory reporting, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of local content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Local Content Regulations.
Prepare and submit statutory reports and local content plans.
Act as the primary liaison with the Mining Commission.
Coordinate regulatory submissions and compliance documentation.
Lead local content audits and inspections.
Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Work closely with HR, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Community teams.
Support supplier development, technology transfer, succession planning, CSR initiatives, and host community participation.
Identify compliance risks and implement continuous improvement measures.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
