Purpose of the Position

The successful candidate will provide support on ICT projects through business analysis and solution design by gathering, validating, documenting, and analysing business and system requirements to improve and automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Conduct systems testing.
  • Monitor and manage business requirements throughout project implementation.
  • Perform data analysis to support business and system requirements.
  • Assist with solution design and documentation.
  • Support ICT project implementation using recognised business analysis methodologies.
