Medical Doctor II (10 Positions)
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a recognized Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from a university accredited by the Government of Tanzania.
Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Provide hospital-based medical services related to various diseases.
- Plan, supervise, and evaluate health services at district or regional levels.
- Teach students in health training institutions within their work area.
- Investigate, monitor, and prevent disease outbreaks.
- Prepare continuing professional education programs for health workers.
- Train and guide subordinate staff.
- Supervise employees under their authority.
- Design, conduct, and evaluate research and disseminate findings.
- Develop strategies to improve healthcare service quality.
- Provide outreach health services.
- Offer medical-legal services.
- Participate in developing and implementing government health policies and programs.
- Advise the Ministry on health service operations.
- Participate in medical boards for retirement assessments due to health conditions.

Salary
Contract Medical Doctors will receive a monthly allowance of TZS 900,000.
Anaesthesia Specialist (1 Position)
Qualifications
Applicants must possess specialized training in Anaesthesia and Anaesthetic Medicine, together with a Diploma in Nursing or Clinical Medicine from a government-recognized institution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Examine patients before surgery.
- Administer anaesthetic drugs.
- Monitor patients during surgical procedures.
- Manage pain control.
- Provide post-operative patient care.
- Participate in emergency medical services.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Salary
The Anaesthesia Specialist will receive a monthly allowance of TZS 600,000.
Assistant Nursing Officer II (30 Positions)
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution and be registered with the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide nursing services.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all duties assigned to Assistant Clinical Officers.
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses.
- Supervise subordinate staff and conduct minor surgical procedures.
- Participate in planning and implementing primary healthcare services.
- Mobilize and advise communities to contribute to Community Health Fund programs.
- Maintain records of medical equipment and supplies.
- Prepare and submit implementation reports.

Clinical Officers will receive a monthly allowance of TZS 250,000.
Pharmaceutical Technologist II (2 Positions)
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a government-recognized institution and be registered with the relevant professional board where applicable.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, prepare, and order medicines and medical supplies.
- Dispense medicines and medical supplies to patients and healthcare workers.
- Compound medications.
- Store medicines and medical supplies appropriately.
- Educate communities on proper medicine use.
- Inspect medicines, medical supplies, chemicals, reagents, and cosmetics.
- Report adverse drug reactions.
- Coordinate hospital drug committee activities.
- Prepare reports on medicine and medical supply utilization.
- Conduct quality assessments of medicines, medical supplies, chemicals, reagents, and cosmetics.
- Inspect medicine storage facilities.
- Supervise subordinate staff.
- Maintain pharmaceutical records.

Salary
Pharmaceutical Technologists will receive a monthly allowance of TZS 250,000.
Teacher Grade III B and III C (16 Positions)

Qualifications
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education specializing in Arts or Commerce subjects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, lesson notes, and work schedules.
- Prepare and maintain teaching and learning materials.
- Teach, assess, and maintain students’ academic records.
- Monitor and supervise student attendance.
- Support students’ intellectual, physical, and moral development.
- Provide professional and academic guidance on educational development.
- Ensure proper management and maintenance of school property and equipment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head Teacher.
Salary
Teachers employed under contract will receive a monthly allowance of TZS 300,000.
