Available Positions
1. Security Officers – 50 Positions
Security Officers will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of passengers, airport staff, aircraft, and airport facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and security within airport operational areas
- Conduct access control, screening, and surveillance duties
- Perform passenger profiling and document verification
- Respond quickly to security incidents and emergencies
- Enforce aviation security procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Security Management or a related field
- Experience in aviation security or related areas is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills and integrity
- Physically fit and ready to work shifts
2. Passenger Services Agents – 60 Positions
Passenger Services Agents will support smooth passenger movement through check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle check-in, boarding, and arrival services
- Conduct passenger document checks and profiling
- Assist passengers with inquiries and travel support
- Ensure compliance with airline and airport procedures
- Coordinate with other airport departments for efficient operations
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Aviation, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Fluency in English and Swahili
- Ability to work under pressure and shifts
3. Ramp Agents – 100 Positions
Ramp Agents will support aircraft ground handling activities to ensure efficient turnaround operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload baggage and cargo
- Support aircraft ground handling operations
- Operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) where necessary
- Follow all airport ramp safety procedures
- Assist in maintaining efficient aircraft turnaround times
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
- Physically fit for demanding outdoor work
- Ability to work under pressure and shifts
- Valid driving license is an added advantage
