About the Role

The successful candidate will play a central role in maintaining an efficient and productive workplace. This position combines office administration, people operations, logistics coordination, and general support services, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The role requires someone who can effectively manage day-to-day office functions while also supporting onboarding, staff coordination, record management, and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

The People and Operations Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

  • Managing daily office operations, supplies, equipment, and workspace upkeep
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal team events
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining and organizing company records, files, and databases
  • Drafting official correspondences and office communications
  • Assisting with visa, work pass, and permit applications
  • Liaising with vendors, landlords, and service providers
  • Supporting HR, finance, and procurement tasks
  • Filing receipts and tracking expenses
  • Providing administrative support to management and staff
  • Ensuring compliance with internal office procedures
  • Arranging transport and accommodation for staff and visitors
  • Dispatching and delivering official documents
  • Collecting parcels and office deliveries
  • Assisting the supply chain team with inventory receiving
  • Conducting weekly and monthly stock counts
