  • Sales Supervisor
  • Field Sales Executive

1. Sales Supervisor

Job Purpose

The Sales Supervisor will oversee field sales operations, manage sales teams, and ensure efficient distribution of fragrance products across target markets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate Sales Executives and Field Sales Representatives.
  • Plan and organize daily and weekly sales routes using company vehicles.
  • Assign territories and ensure full market coverage.
  • Monitor team performance against sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales strategies and procedures.
  • Review sales reports, field visits, and customer feedback.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
  • Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with logistics and management on product deliveries.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

2. Field Sales Executive

Job Purpose

The Field Sales Executive will focus on expanding the company’s market presence by identifying and securing new clients while promoting fragrance products such as perfumes and air fresheners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients including offices, shops, supermarkets, and institutions.
  • Conduct door-to-door and office-to-office sales visits using a motorcycle.
  • Present and demonstrate fragrance products to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements.
  • Deliver product samples and explain pricing and benefits.
  • Maintain a database of clients and prospects.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collect orders and coordinate deliveries with the company.
  • Prepare daily sales and field visit reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure strong brand representation during client visits.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in sales or field marketing is an added advantage.
  • Must have a valid motorcycle driving license.
  • Ability to ride confidently across assigned territories.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
