About the Role
As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the everyday experience of employees and visitors. You will often be the first point of contact, setting the tone for how people perceive Bolt’s culture and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
Office & Workplace Management
- Ensure all Bolt offices in Tanzania are clean, safe, and welcoming
- Maintain a productive and comfortable working environment
Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Welcome and guide visitors and partners
- Notify staff of arrivals and support smooth interactions
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Facilities Coordination
- Liaise with landlords, cleaners, internet providers, and security teams
- Resolve office-related issues quickly and efficiently
Administrative Support
- Manage office documentation, including invoices, mail, and receipts
- Handle sensitive documents with confidentiality (scanning, archiving, organizing)
Office Supplies & Events
- Order supplies, refreshments, and office essentials
- Help organize team events, celebrations, and internal activities
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with regional managers, real estate teams, and local departments
