1. Internal Audit Officer (IAO) – 2 Posts
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit audit reports to senior management in a timely manner
- Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits
- Identify control weaknesses, fraud risks, and inefficiencies
- Evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements
- Develop and implement risk-based audit plans
- Perform follow-up audits to ensure recommendations are implemented
- Conduct regular field visits (minimum 12 days per month)
- Support investigations and special audit assignments
- Participate in system audits (e.g., CBS, DFS)
- Train branch staff on compliance and internal controls
- Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA-T is an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (mandatory)
- Experience in financial institutions, NGOs, or audit firms preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial laws and audit practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems (e.g., SAP)
2. Accounts Manager – 1 Post
Key Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare statutory returns (PAYE, SDL, NSSF, HESLB)
- Handle taxation and ensure compliance
- Prepare payroll and financial reports (monthly & quarterly)
- Manage bank transactions and reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset registers
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare management accounts and financial analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance
- Experience in microfinance or banking sector preferred
- Strong skills in financial systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office
3. Human Resources Officer (HRO) – 2 Posts
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR strategies and organizational development plans
- Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance management
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administer staff benefits and maintain HR records
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS data
- Support employee engagement and welfare programs
- Assist in succession planning and talent development
- Conduct onboarding and monitor staff performance trends
- Provide HR advisory support to management
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Experience in financial institutions is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office
