1. Accountant Officer & Trainees
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions effectively
- Prepare accurate budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements on time
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Maintain financial data confidentiality and perform database backups
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience as an Accountant
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with general ledger functions
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- CPA or CMA certification is an added advantage
- Ability to comply with company rules and regulations
2. Sales Officer & Trainees
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Promote ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related products
- Provide quotations, samples, and technical product information
- Respond to client inquiries and negotiate pricing and terms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Participate in trade exhibitions, online promotions, and client meetings
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (building materials, ceramics, or construction industry preferred)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for business when required
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive attitude
3. Online Live Stream Host
Key Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions and create promotional videos on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Demonstrate products clearly and engage audiences through storytelling
- Interact with viewers, answer questions, and drive engagement and sales
- Follow scripts while maintaining natural and authentic delivery
- Represent the brand professionally on camera
- Collaborate with production teams for content creation and revisions
Requirements
- Female, aged 20–30 years
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence on camera
- Friendly appearance with strong presentation skills
- Prior experience in live streaming, hosting, or content creation is highly preferred
- Experience in TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook content creation is an added advantage
- Background in sales, retail, or home décor is beneficial
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Punctual, responsible, adaptable, and quick to learn
