About the Role
The Field Sales Associate position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and working in dynamic field environments. Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum education level of secondary school (Form Four) or higher
- Previous experience in fieldwork or sales is an added advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good physical health and willingness to work in the field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:
- Identify and recruit new customers for insurance services
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of insurance products
- Conduct direct sales and marketing activities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Provide regular reports and updates to supervisors
