Position: Automobile Engineer
Lake Cement Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Automobile Engineer to join its maintenance team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Automobile Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in maintenance of HEMM (Heavy Earth Moving Machinery)
Required Skills
- Identifying machine problems and providing solutions
- Preparing LPR, MRQ, GRN reports
- Maintaining and managing machine data
- Conducting data interpretation and analysis
- Knowledge of ISO management systems
Roles & Responsibilities
- Allocate jobs and schedule tasks in the workshop
- Document data and procedures to enforce system compliance
- Manage unplanned work arising from breakdowns or emergencies
- Inspect incoming spare parts and select appropriate brands
- Verify spare requirements, installation, and fitment
- Ensure proper use of tools and equipment
- Adhere strictly to safety and health regulations
- Maximize mobile equipment availability for operations
- Allocate technicians to address breakdowns as needed
