The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing and account growth.
  • Data Optimization: Analyze performance data to continuously improve conversion funnels, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV) ratios.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to automate tasks, generate content, and extract actionable insights.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts within CRM systems.
  • Market Growth: Identify new market opportunities and translate insights into growth strategies.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and leadership to align go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 1–4 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or a commercial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong command of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
  • Data-literate with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience in startups or high-growth SMEs.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper.
  • Exposure to performance marketing and paid media management.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools like GA4 or Looker Studio.

Success in this role is measured by:

  • Revenue contribution from owned channels.
