Position: Boarding School Matron
The school seeks a compassionate and responsible professional with a nursing background to oversee student welfare and manage hostel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the health and welfare of boarding students.
- Supervise hostel activities and maintain a safe, secure environment.
- Support students’ emotional and physical well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with school staff in delivering a high standard of care.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in student care or hostel supervision is preferred.
- Strong organizational, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, responsibility, and attentiveness to student welfare.
