Job Overview:
The Warehouse Documentation Specialist will manage and maintain accurate warehouse documentation related to receiving, dispatch, inventory records, and logistics operations. This role ensures all warehouse transactions comply with company procedures and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and maintain documentation for warehouse receiving and dispatch operations, including delivery notes and goods receipt notes (GRN).
  • Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for warehouse records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams for documentation accuracy.
  • Update internal systems with warehouse data and maintain proper transaction records.
