The Candidates Who Passed the Interview Database contains a list of job applicants who successfully passed the recruitment interview but have not yet been assigned to work stations. This database serves as a resource for filling future vacancies in the Public Service according to employer needs.
- Once applicants are assigned to work stations, the names of those not yet placed are officially retained in this database.
- This list can be used to fill vacancies without conducting a new interview if the candidates already meet the required qualifications and expertise.
- If the database lacks suitable candidates, the Secretariat may announce new vacancies and conduct fresh interviews.
- Where multiple candidates have equal scores, the ranking procedure as outlined in the recruitment regulations shall be applied.
Duration: The database will remain active for one (1) year from the date the interview results are approved.
