This role is critical in supporting the company’s national zonal expansion strategy and driving performance across all zones under the Alternative Channels portfolio, Zonal Relationship Officer (ZRO) National at Jubilee 2026.

Role Purpose

The Zonal Relationship Officer (ZRO) – National will provide national oversight and performance governance for Jubilee Life’s zonal expansion program. The role involves supervising Zonal Relationship Executives (ZREs) and their teams, ensuring weekly and monthly sales targets are consistently achieved across all zones for Jubilee Life Insurance Alternative Channel products.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and manage all Zonal Relationship Executives (one per zone) to ensure consistent achievement of zonal targets.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and discipline execution of ZREs, ensuring adherence to reporting timelines.
Support strategic sales engagements and facilitate closure of high-value business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and governance controls across all zones, escalating risks and performance gaps where necessary.
Prepare and submit weekly performance dashboards and corrective action plans to the Head of Corporate Business.
Conduct periodic field visits to monitor performance and provide on-ground support to zonal teams.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
A Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) will be an added advantage.

Professional Qualifications:

Insurance-related professional qualifications are highly preferred, including certifications in Insurance, Risk Management, Underwriting, or Compliance.

Experience:

At least 7 years of progressive experience in insurance, banking, telecommunications, or financial services, with exposure to alternative channels, sales leadership, or distribution management.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Life Insurance will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years in a managerial role, leading diverse and multi-location teams, with proven ability to deliver targets at national or regional level.
