Position Available

Sewing Machine Operators / Tailors (4 Positions)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Sewing garments and related products using industrial sewing machines
Ensuring all finished products meet the company’s quality standards
Working according to measurements, patterns, and production designs
Collaborating with team members to achieve daily and long-term production targets

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Aged between 18 and 35 years
In good physical and mental health
Able to read and write
Disciplined, honest, and hardworking
Willing to work in shifts (day or night)
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sewing at a factory or tailoring workshop
Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines
Good understanding of garment measurements, cutting, and sewing techniques
Ability to work efficiently at high speed without compromising quality
Willingness to learn new sewing methods and technologies
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire for professional growth
Ability to maintain quality control and make necessary adjustments when required
