As part of its growth and digital transformation initiatives, TMHS GROUP LIMITED is seeking a result-driven Software Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview
The Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital ecosystem. This is a hands-on role that requires designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web and mobile applications using the Frappe framework and Flutter, while ensuring that ERP systems and custom software solutions are secure, scalable, and user-centric.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate innovative ideas into functional, impactful technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management and departmental teams to identify, analyze, and document end-user requirements for new software solutions.
- Design, develop, and test web applications using the Frappe framework and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and strategic management of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with organizational workflows.
- Translate complex business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into efficient and elegant code.
- Monitor system security, maintain detailed documentation, and recommend upgrades for existing systems to improve performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing software while providing IT support and systems administration as required.
Requirements & Skills
Technical Essentials
- Frameworks: Proven experience with Frappe Framework.
- Mobile Development: Proficiency in Flutter for Android and iOS.
- Programming Languages: Strong command of Python, JavaScript, and Dart.
- Databases: Experience with MariaDB/PostgreSQL and SQL optimization.
- ERP Expertise: Demonstrated experience in ERP system design, development, and lifecycle management.
Added Advantage (Preferred)
- Experience integrating AI technologies or Large Language Models (LLMs) for process automation.
- Prior experience in IT support or general system administration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Version Control (Git) environments.
