The SAB Graduate Internship Programme 2026 is designed to provide graduates with a solid foundation of technical skills, hands-on experience, and leadership development. About the 24-Month Programme
This highly competitive programme runs for 24 months and includes:

- 6-month rotational cycles across different teams
- Cross-functional work experience within the selected business area
The programme follows the 70-20-10 learning model:
- 70% Learning through challenging projects and real work experience
- 20% Learning through mentorship and developmental relationships
- 10% Learning through formal training and coursework
Graduates are encouraged to think creatively, take calculated risks, and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
Upon successful completion of the 24-month programme, participants become eligible to apply for permanent roles within the organisation and continue building a long-term career at SAB.
