Job Vacancy: School Manager

Position Overview

The School Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, administration, and logistics of the school. This role ensures smooth school operations, supports effective teaching and learning, and maintains a safe, organised, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day school operations and administration
  • Coordinate staff schedules, school activities, and events
  • Manage records, documentation, and school systems
  • Support teaching staff by ensuring operational efficiency
  • Maintain a professional, secure, and child-friendly environment
  • Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in school administration or operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and School Management Systems
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and record-keeping skills
