  • Undergraduate Applicants: Must possess a Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) and Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with at least Division II.
  • Diploma Holders: Must have a GPA of not less than 3.5 in related fields.
  • Master’s Applicants: Must hold a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • PhD Applicants: Must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Language Requirement: Applicants are encouraged to attend Russian language courses at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture for a minimum of six months during the application process.

Scholarship Coverage

It is important to note that this is a partial scholarship. The Russian Government will cover tuition fees only, while applicants are responsible for:
