About the Role
As the Pharmacy Operations Leader, you will take ownership of daily store operations while building systems that support growth. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in pharmacy or retail operations who is ready to step into leadership and grow with the company.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy, retail, or customer service
- Practical experience managing daily operations
- A strong interest in healthcare and retail, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
Your Mission
In this role, you will:
- Build and lead pharmacy and retail operations from the ground up
- Design and implement systems that can scale to multiple locations
- Train, mentor, and guide the retail team
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and operational excellence
- Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
