Position: Personal Assistant

Location: Azania Plaza, P.O. Box 25505, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the management team. Responsibilities include:

  1. Administrative Support
    • Manage the manager’s schedule, appointments, and daily tasks.
    • Organize and maintain files, records, and important documents.
    • Prepare letters, reports, and presentations.
  2. Communication Management
    • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the manager.
    • Act as a liaison between management, staff, clients, and partners.
  3. Meeting Coordination
    • Schedule and organize meetings, events, and appointments.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
  4. Office and Administrative Tasks
    • Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth administrative logistics.
    • Assist with travel arrangements and bookings as needed.
  5. Document and Record Management
    • Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, reports, and confidential documents.

Requirements

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be male.
  • 1–3 years of work experience after graduation.
  • Educational background in Finance, Law, or related fields.
  • Willingness to undertake administrative duties and office support tasks.
