Key Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications and competencies:
- Fluency in British English
- Certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with:
- NECTA curriculum
- Cambridge curriculum
- Proven experience in school management and administration
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for both classroom instruction and overall school management, including:
Teaching & Learning
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Curriculum
- Creating a nurturing and child-centered classroom environment

- Assessing student progress and reporting to parents regularly
School Management
- Overseeing daily school operations and administrative functions
