1. Sales Officer
Department: Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients in the building materials sector
- Promote ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related products by providing quotations, samples, and technical information
- Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and terms, and close sales deals
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitors, and report trends and feedback to management
- Participate in online promotions, trade exhibitions, and client meetings
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in ceramics, building materials, construction, or home improvement industries
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Flexible and available for long-term and irregular business travel

2. Welder
Department: Technical
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform MIG, TIG, arc, and other welding techniques
- Cut, shape, and prepare metal using appropriate tools
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Maintain welding equipment and observe safety standards
- Support factory repairs and custom fabrication works
Requirements
- Vocational certificate or trade qualification in welding/fabrication

- Follow scripts while improvising naturally when necessary
- Maintain a confident and professional on-camera presence

Requirements
- Female, aged 20–30 years
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence on camera
- Friendly appearance, good sense of style, and strong on-camera charisma
- Experience in live streaming, short videos, hosting, MC work, sales, or modeling
- Background in building materials or retail sales is an added advantage
- Fluent in English

6. Industrial Electrician
Department: Technical
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair factory electrical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

Requirements
