Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality visual content that supports the company’s marketing and branding efforts across Africa. Key duties include:
- Editing videos for social media platforms and YouTube
- Creating simple but effective designs such as banners, leaflets, advertisements, and social media visuals using Canva
- Coordinating photo and video content production across different African countries where Tanzania Specialist operates
- Working closely with local teams and partners to plan, organize, and follow up on content creation activities
- Ensuring all content meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines
- Traveling regularly within Africa to support and oversee content production when required
- Acting as a communication link between the Europe-based marketing team and teams in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and other upcoming markets
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing for social media and YouTube
- Ability to create visual designs using Canva
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish will be an advantage
- Experience working in the travel industry
- Experience working with international or multicultural teams
- Background in content creation, media, marketing, or communications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
