Responsibilities
- Coordinate Parliamentary and Cabinet support services.
- Manage departmental submissions and parliamentary responses.
- Monitor implementation of Cabinet and Parliamentary resolutions.
- Coordinate departmental interaction with Parliamentary Committees.
- Develop and implement governance policies and procedures.
- Manage human, financial, and physical resources within the unit.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate qualification in Political Sciences, Public Management and Administration, or a related field (NQF Level 6 recognized by SAQA).
- At least 3 years’ Junior Management/Assistant Director experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of Parliamentary processes, Cabinet systems, PFMA, South African Constitution, and relevant legislation.
- Strong leadership, communication, report writing, planning, and organizational skills.
2. Assistant Director: Asset Control

- Salary: R487,197 – R573,897 per annum
- Level: 9
- Location: Head Office – Tshwane
Responsibilities
- Coordinate asset management processes across the department.
- Maintain the departmental asset register.
- Conduct asset verification and reconciliation.
- Manage asset disposals and write-offs.
- Ensure compliance with National Treasury regulations and asset management policies.
- Supervise effective use of departmental resources.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate qualification in Accounting, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Cost and Management Accounting, or Auditing (NQF Level 6 recognized by SAQA).
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in an Asset Management environment.
- Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, BAS, LOGIS, BAUD systems, Supply Chain Management, and Asset Management Framework.
- Excellent analytical, financial management, and reporting skills.
3. Senior Fingerprint Expert: Investigation and Records

- Salary: R413,001 – R486,501 per annum
- Level: 8
- Location: Head Office – Tshwane (BVR)
Responsibilities
- Supervise fingerprint investigation and records processing.
- Ensure compliance with investigation procedures.
- Monitor service level agreements and operational controls.
- Coordinate with Government Printing Works and other stakeholders.
- Maintain records management and quality assurance.
- Support effective risk management and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate qualification in Public Management, Administration, or Operations Management (NQF Level 6 recognized by SAQA).
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in Civic Services, Customer Service, or Investigation and Records.
- Knowledge of departmental legislation and verification processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required.
