Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing mechanical engineering support to the Engineering Department.
- Assisting with engineering projects, plant modifications, and equipment improvements.
- Taking an active role in project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Supporting compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and legal requirements.
- Contributing to capital projects from planning through execution.
- Participating in root cause failure analysis to improve maintenance strategies and equipment reliability.
- Investigating engineering problems and implementing practical technical solutions.
- Maintaining accurate project administration and documentation.
- Working collaboratively with employees and contractors to achieve departmental and project objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
