A total of 40 postgraduate programs (Master’s and PhD) are available across top institutions in China, including:

- Tsinghua University – International Master of Public Administration & Governance
- Beijing Jiaotong University – Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, Forest Economics
- Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology – Artificial Intelligence & Meteorology
- Wuhan University – International Law and Chinese Law
- Tongji University – Environmental Management & Sustainable Development
- Renmin University of China – Development and Governance
- Central South University – Nursing Practice & Transportation Engineering

Scholarship Coverage
The Government of China will fully sponsor successful candidates. The scholarship covers:
- Return international airfare

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a public servant in a relevant field
- Have at least 5 years of work experience
- Be under 45 years of age (unless specified otherwise)
- Hold:
- A Bachelor’s degree (for Master’s programs)
- A Master’s degree (for PhD programs)
- Demonstrate strong English proficiency
- Be in good physical and mental health
- Submit typed application forms
Note: Pregnant applicants are not eligible for this program.
