Available Positions
1. Tented Lodge Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all lodge or camp operations to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance supervision of staff.
- Control budgets, stock levels, and operational costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate reporting and operational matters with head office.
- Perform administrative duties and maintain quality control across all departments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lodge or camp management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in remote or safari camp operations is an advantage.
- Computer literacy is required.
2. Professional Waiter / Waitress
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding food and beverage service to guests.
- Accurately take guest orders and serve meals professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas.
- Uphold high standards of customer care and hospitality.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
