About the IST Scholarship Programme
The IST Scholarship Programme enables successful Tanzanian students to study the IB Diploma at one of the country’s leading international schools. Candidate Requirements
Applicants for the 2026–2027 IST Scholarship Programme must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 16 and 19 years of age as of 1 August 2026
- Have completed Form Four studies
- Attain NECTA Division I (7–10 points) in the CSEE examinations
- Be prepared to reside in Dar es Salaam with parents or guardians, as IST does not provide boarding or transport facilities
Only candidates who fully meet these requirements will be considered for the scholarship.
Application Process
Applicants are required to submit completed application forms along with all supporting documents. Submissions that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are missing required documents will not be considered.
