1. Form Four (O-Level) – Entry Requirements
The Fire & Rescue Force invites applications from young Tanzanians applying for the Constable rank. Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen by birth
- Must possess a National ID (NIDA) or NIDA identification number
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Must have no criminal record
- Must not be married
- No tattoos on the body
- Must have no history of drug use
- Must be willing to attend Fire and Rescue training
- Must not have been previously employed in government service
- Minimum height:
- 5.7 ft for men
- 5.4 ft for women
- Must be willing to cover personal costs during interviews if shortlisted
- Must be ready to work anywhere in Tanzania
- Age limit: 18–25 years
